Return and Cancellation Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive the item. Within 30 days, you can return the product to us. Please provide a reason for the return.
Note: For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right also applies, which does not require a reason.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be in like-new condition.
- Customer provides return shipping
- Please return unused products in their original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the product has been used beyond normal inspection, compensation for reduced value may apply.

Note: Returns without prior registration or contact with Mesa Verde will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Wrong Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Notifications should ideally be made within 14 days so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following products are excluded from the return policy:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene or personal care products
- Sale items and gift cards
If you have questions regarding specific products, please contact us in advance.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are currently not offered. The easiest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
7. EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Customers in the European Union have the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days without providing a reason.
- The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you take possession of the goods.
- The product should be returned in like-new condition.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted.
- If accepted, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If the refund has not been processed after 14 days, please contact us at magnus@mesaver.de.
